Kurtis Marvin, 30, Dies Following Van and Semi-Truck Collision in Bonneville County, Idaho
Kurtis Marvin, 30, of Idaho Falls, died on Tuesday evening, October 20, 2026, following a two-vehicle collision in Bonneville County, Idaho.
Bonneville County sheriff’s deputies responded to the intersection of 49th North and 25th East at approximately 5:40 p.m.
Deputies and Idaho Falls firefighters provided aid to those involved in the crash.
Marvin, a passenger in the van, suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The semi-truck driver was not injured.
Idaho State Police and the Bonneville County Coroner’s Office also responded to the scene.
Sheriff’s deputies continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision, and authorities have released no additional details.
Marvin’s passing brings sorrow to the Idaho Falls community and all who knew and cared for them.
