Born on January 15, 2002, in Greenwood, South Carolina, Netanya shared a meaningful life with family, friends, and the wider community.
Netanya was preceded in passing by grandparents Charles Kelley, Essie Mae Kelley, David Davis, and Mary Davis.

A viewing will take place from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Robinson-Walker Funeral Service, Wilbur Robinson Memorial Chapel, 92 W Main St, Ware Shoals, SC 29692.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 23, 2026, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM at Pine Grove AME Church, 221 Piney Grove Church Rd, Hodges, SC 29653.
Burial will follow at 3:00 PM at Oakbrook Memorial Park, 3007 US-25, Hodges, SC 29653.
